To pre-activate your simcard you need to provide the following information:

• phone number and serial (see picture)
• arrival and departure date (in Korea)
• your e-mail address
• all (!) first names and last name (as in your passport)
• date of birth
• picture of your passport (front)
• your nationality and passport number (as in passport)
• flight ticket or invoice including name/destination (depending on type of activation)
• Devices supporting eSIM need to be registered in our app even if you are not using any eSIM! Please remind this before arrival.
