Q: My simcard is defective - i got "no simcard" message.
A: Be sure that your simcard is defective - try in other mobile device if you get the same "no simcard" message. If still same problem please buy a "gong usim" from olleh plaza or olleh global store. Please send passport, phone number and serial of "gong usim" to firstname.lastname@example.org - for customers who did not buy simcard from us directly we have to charge a transfer fee.
Q: I lost my simcard!
A: Be sure that your simcard is still active and not expired or expiring soon. Please buy a "gong usim" from olleh plaza or olleh global store. Please send passport, phone number and serial of "gong usim" to email@example.com.
