Q: How can i extend my Simcard more than 90 days?
A: Please follow the instructions on our website.

Q: I forgot my old number but need to terminate it.
A: Please enter your IMEI instead of your number and our system shows yours phone number.

Q: My simcard is defective - i got "no simcard" message.
A: Be sure that your simcard is defective - try in other mobile device if you get the same "no simcard" message. If still same problem please buy a "gong usim" from olleh plaza or olleh global store. Please send passport, phone number and serial of "gong usim" to info@simcard-korea.com - for customers who did not buy simcard from us directly we have to charge a transfer fee.

Q: I lost my simcard!
A: Be sure that your simcard is still active and not expired or expiring soon. Please buy a "gong usim" from olleh plaza or olleh global store. Please send passport, phone number and serial of "gong usim" to info@simcard-korea.com.

Q: Can i use mobile phone identification services?
A: This is possible for korean passsport holders and ARC holders with longterm-plan. Please see website for more information.
