§ 1 Scope, Customer Information

The following general terms and conditions (AGB) govern the contractual relationship between GRANCORA GmbH and consumers and businesses who purchase our goods through our website simcard.kr. The contract language is English.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

The conclusion of the contract takes place via the “Order” subpage. The order page is divided into three stages: Page 1: You specify the number of SIM cards and the desired package. Page 2: You select the payment method and provide the billing/delivery address. Page 3: You receive an overview and the contract text. By selecting the desired products in the order form, you make a binding offer to purchase the item(s) at the specified price. b) The purchase contract is concluded when you click the “Order with obligation to pay” button on the 3rd order page and receive confirmation.

§ 3 Customer Information: Storage of Contract Text

We do not store the contract text with details about the item. Please save or print the contract text for your records.

§ 4 Customer Information: Correction Notice

If you notice an error in your selection or entries in the order process before completing the purchase by clicking “Order with obligation to pay,” you have the option to correct this information at any time by returning to the previous pages.

§ 5 Retention of Title

The purchased item remains our property until full payment is received.

§ 6 Statutory Warranty Rights

Statutory warranty rights apply to our goods.

§ 7 Limitation of Liability

We exclude liability for slight negligence, provided it does not concern essential contractual obligations, damages arising from injury to life, body, or health, warranties, or claims under the Product Liability Act. The same applies to breaches of duty by our vicarious agents and legal representatives. Essential contractual obligations include, in particular, the duty to deliver the item to you and to transfer ownership to you. Furthermore, we are obliged to provide the item free from defects in title and quality.

§ 8 Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR). http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ Participation is not mandatory for us.

§ 9 Final Provisions

If you are a business, German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a merchant within the meaning of the German Commercial Code, a legal entity under public law, or a special public fund, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships between us and you is Krefeld, Germany.
