The following document primarily concerns European customers who wish to return the SIM card prior to its usage and pre-activation.

You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, or from the day of the contract conclusion in the case of digital content, without stating any reasons.

To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us of your decision to revoke this contract. Please direct your revocation to:

To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of exercising the right of revocation before the revocation period expires and to return the goods to the revocation address within the deadline defined below.

Consequences of Revocation:

If you revoke this contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments you have made, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered). This reimbursement will be made within fourteen days from the day the goods are received by GRANCORA. The same payment method used in the original transaction will be employed for the reimbursement.

You must return the goods promptly and in any case, no later than fourteen days from the day you inform GRANCORA of the revocation of this contract, directly to the revocation address. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the expiration of the fourteen-day period. You bear the regular costs of returning the goods if the delivered item corresponds to the one ordered, and if the price of the item to be returned does not exceed 40 euros or if, in case of a higher-priced item, you have not yet provided the counter-performance or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of revocation. Otherwise, the return is free of charge. You only need to compensate for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value can be attributed to unnecessary handling of the goods, which was not required for testing their condition, characteristics, and functionality.

Exceptions to the Right of Revocation:

The right of revocation does not apply or expires for the following contracts:

in the case of the delivery of a SIM card that you have already pre-activated;
in the case of the delivery of an eSIM that you have activated by applying it to a mobile phone.
